WayCApp Cagliari is an app dedicated to the city, created with content created by the students of the Vittorio Alfieri Middle School of Cagliari, under the guidance of teachers and with the support and coordination of the company The island of the traveler. The project allows children to approach the history, culture and traditions of their city in a new and original way, and provides users with a nice and easy -to -use support written by children for children.
The initiative is sponsored by local activities that offer products and services addressed above all to the youth world.
WaycApp (Way - Ca - App is pronounced as Wake Up! = Alarm clock! In English) it is a name that sounds like the invitation to open your eyes on reality and the city.
The work done by the classes concerns some aspects of the city of Cagliari - the neighborhoods, the monuments, the traditional cuisine, the expressions and the typical said Cagliari - on which the students have developed a text accompanied by photos and drawings that have contributed to embellishing and personalizing the application.
